Less than one year in prison for a US navy medic for taking a part in the kidnapping and killing of an Iraqi civilian

Less than one year in jail for killing an Iraqi civilian. This is what you're worth for uncle Sam. Less than one year in jail. This is the US justice. This is the US freedom.

The amount of dead civilians in trains, boats or even mal-nutrition here are higher than those who died in the recent israeli-Lebanese confllict, yet I haven't heard of someone going to jail.

If for every dead being someone here gets emprisonned for one year, the street would have far less traffic.
